Aleem Ul Haq Haqi was a famous poet, story writer, translator, and novelist of Urdu. He authored many excellent books and romantic novels, which got readers’ appreciation. He translated and adapted dozens of stories from English to Urdu, which were published with different pen names.

Early Life:

Aleem Ul Haq Haqi was born on 21st May 1950 in a notable family in Karachi. His father, Syed Amin Ul Haq, was a famous scholar. His grandfather Nudrat Meeruti was a renowned poet, and his uncle Satwat also was a scholar personality. This family settled in Karachi after migration from Uttar Pradesh, now in India.

Education:

After beginning from home, Aleem got admission to gove technical high school Karachi and passed his matric exam in 1967. Then he moved to gove science college Karachi for intermediate. In 1971, he passed M.A. in political science from Karachi University and entered practical life.

Professional Career:

Aleem Ul Haq Haqi started his professional career with different jobs in various public institutions. He worked in Pakistan customs, the federal investigation agency, and Pakistan international airline, which ended in 1977. He started writing during college, and his stories were published in magazines and digests.

Later, Syed Aleem joined the monthly Ishara digest as a sub-editor with Azhar Kaleem. After some years, he joined Jasoosi publications in 1987, the peak of his career. He started to write in Suspense digest, Jasoosi digest, and Sarguzasht digest, which improved his skills. In the last days of his life, he worked for the Urdu dictionary board in Karachi.

Family Life:

According to Aleem Ul Haq Haqi Biography, he lived a satisfying life with his wife, who was from his relatives. He has three children, including two sons and one daughter. Death:
