Seema Ghazal Biography:
Seema Ghazal is a renowned Urdu Urdu Urdu Urdu Urdu story writer, poet, novelist, and drama writer. She authored some excellent Urdu horror Novels and dozens of supper-hit dramas that gained high viewership. She is a poet and penned many ghazals and poems published in her poetry book.
Early Life:
Seema Ghazal was born in Lahore on 17 February 1964 in her uncle’s house. Later she moved to Karachi, her native place. Her father, Shoaib Abbas, was a famous poet, writer, and renowned scriptwriter closely related to Jigar Muradabadi. Her uncle Jamil Ud Din Aali also was a prominent poet of Urdu.
Seema Ghazal has a literary background, ad most of her family members woodwork showbiz and media communication. Her mother, sisters, and brothers made their name for their work in writing. Moreover, her brother Zubair Abbas, her son Syed Ali Raza Usama, and cousins Shamoon Abbasi and Ramish Rizvi are known for their work in showbiz. Syed Ali Raza Usama directed some super hit films for the Pakistan film industry, like Main Hoon Shahid Afridi and some tv dramas.
Professional Career:
Seema Ghazal started to write in her school when she was fourteen. After graduating from Karachi, she joined the radio and launched a program, “Aao Bacho Suno Kahani.” After some years, she left the radio and joined Dosheeza Digest as an editor in 1989.
Television Dramas:
After writing some Urdu horror novels, She turned her attention to television. She wrote some tv dramas for leading private tv channels, which got much viewership. Her serials, Mehandi, Chandni Raatain, Hum Se Juda Na Hona, Manzilain, and Ana, ranked great work.
Seema Ghazal penned more than five hundred dramas for different channels. She has credit for Dil Nahi Manta, Shiddat, Mera Saya, Na Aashna, Chahat, Parchaiyan, and many other shows and telefilms, which got viewers’ appreciation across the world.
Poetry Work And Awards:
Seema Ghazal got a talent for poetry, and her work was published with the title “Mein Saye Khud Banati Hoon.” She highlighted the female issues, feelings, and emotions in her poetry. She received a lux award, Parveen Shakir Khushboo Award, and many others for her services in Urdu drama, social work, and novel writing.
